Fig. 1e-R18 Stage III rosacea, incipient rhinophyma. In this 67-year-old male the nose is enlarged, feels rubbery and is studded with small papules and pustules. Cheeks are also erythematous and appear slightly swollen and reveal occasional papulopustules.
