A 23-year-old female presented with painful lesion on the neck for 4 days
A solitary painful lesion appeared 4 days prior to presentation. She lives in a city and works in a hospital. She was otherwise well. She reported recent bronchitis treated with azithromycin. Medications included oral contraceptive and albuterol.
On examination, a 1.5 cm very edematous nodule was present on the R-neck. No other findings were noted.
